'Crust & Cosmos Pizzeria's journey started with a simple dream: to share authentic Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Williams family in 1985, our pizzeria began as a small, family-run spot with recipes passed down through generations.

Oliver Williams, our founder, learned the craft of pizza-making while traveling across Italy, apprenticing with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she aimed to recreate the magic of true Italian pizza using time-honored methods and top-quality ingredients.

What began as a modest 12-seat eatery has blossomed into a beloved local staple, yet our dedication to excellence and authenticity has never wavered. We still employ wood-fired oven techniques, mix dough fresh daily, and source the finest ingredients available.

Today, 'Crust & Cosmos Pizzeria' remains a family-owned operation, with the second generation of the Williams family now steering our enthusiastic team. While we’ve adopted a few modern touches, the core of our business remains unchanged: serving delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
